At FixMyCooling.in, we aim to provide a hassle-free experience. Here's how our Cancellation and Refund Policy works :

1. Cancellations :
FixMyCooling.in provides AC-related services including:

• Bookings can be canceled up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time for free.
• Cancellations made within 2 hours of appointment time may incur a visit charge (₹199–₹249 based on location).

2. Rescheduling :

• You can reschedule your service once at no extra cost.
• Booking confirmations are subject to technician availability.
• Repeated rescheduling may lead to delays in technician assignment.

3. Refunds :
Refunds are applicable only if:

• The technician did not show up (and no alternative could be arranged)
• You were charged incorrectly or paid for a service not rendered
• There is a verified complaint regarding service quality (with evidence)

Refunds are processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

4. No Refunds For: :

• Services already completed to customer satisfaction
• Partial usage of services
• Issues caused by pre-existing damage or customer mishandling
